Your Patient Journey
What to expect
We understand the stress and uncertainty associated with medical treatment. Our goal is to support you every step of the way, making your ENT surgery experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.
1. Initial Consultation
Meet with your ENT surgeon to discuss your concerns, symptoms, and medical history.
A thorough examination will be conducted to understand your condition.
2. Investigations
Your surgeon may order additional tests or scans (such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, or hearing tests) to get a complete picture of your condition.
These investigations help determine the most appropriate treatment plan.
3. Treatment Discussion
Once investigations are complete, you'll have a follow-up discussion with your surgeon.
They'll explain the results and recommend the best course of treatment (which may or may not include surgery)
4. Surgical Procedure(s)
If surgery is recommended, your surgeon will discuss the specific procedure in detail, including preparation, the surgery itself, and expected recovery time.
You'll be scheduled for the procedure(s) at a time convenient for you.
5. Aftercare
Following your surgery, you'll receive ongoing support and guidance to ensure optimal healing.
Follow-up appointments will be scheduled to monitor progress.
We'll provide resources and answer any questions you may have during recovery.
